What is virtual staging?
Virtual staging is a home staging process where we photograph an empty or vacant room for a client, we then add virtual interior design and furniture into that living space using specialised software.
This process is much more cost cost-effective and efficient alternative to conventional staging for real estate professionals, photographers, and interior decorators.
What is the process for Virtual Staging?
Property Shoot
We come and shoot a range of high quality photographs of your chosen property which usually takes around one hour.
Computer Magic
We then work some creative computer magic and add digital fixtures and furnishings to the photographs.
Quick Delivery
We pride ourselves on a delivering a quality service and usually deliver images within 2 working days.
How much does Virtual Staging cost?
We charge £49 per image for Virtual Staging for standard sized residential rooms. We do have to caveat that by saying that it does depend on the room size and we may charge more if the size of the room is above 'average' or if it is a larger commercial property that requires staging.
